How is the price of moving determined?
The price is calculated according to the volume of luggage, the number of floors, the presence or absence of an elevator, the distance between the addresses and the need for additional services such as packing, dismantling and assembly. We can give you an approximate price over the phone or after an on-site inspection.
Do I need to provide boxes and packing materials?
If you wish, you can prepare the boxes and packaging yourself, but if necessary, we can provide all the necessary materials. We also offer a full packing service, where our team takes care of preparing the luggage for the move.
How far in advance should I book the moving service?
We recommend booking at least 3 to 5 days in advance, especially during busy periods such as the end of the month or summer. For urgent moves, we do our best to accommodate same-day or next-day requests depending on availability.
