Can the move be outside of working hours?
Yes, we recommend working in the evening or on weekends to minimize downtime. We coordinate a schedule with your team and the building management to ensure an elevator and loading area.
How do you protect sensitive equipment and documents?
We use anti-static envelopes, individual boxes, shock-absorbing materials and coded labels. Confidential archives are transported by a separate team under protocol and are handed over against the signature of an authorized person.
