What is FIXapp?

FIXapp is a mobile and web-based application for home repairs and services. The platform connects users (clients) with verified professionals for various types of repair and maintenance work. You can describe your problem, receive offers from local professionals, and choose the best offer for you. No hidden fees and with guaranteed quality.

Registration and profile

To use the platform, registration is required. During registration you provide: - First and last name - Email address - Phone number (optional) Professionals additionally provide information about qualifications, experience, and service regions. Each profile can be edited at any time from the settings.

Creating and types of requests

FIXapp supports several types of requests: - Standard request — You describe the problem, add photos, and receive offers from professionals within 30 minutes. - Emergency request — For emergency situations (leaks, blocked drains, power outage). Fixed price and guaranteed fast response. - Custom request — When the problem does not fall into standard categories, you freely describe your need and receive personalized offers.

Prices, offers and selection

Each service on the platform has a price range based on market realities. Professionals send offers with their own price within this range. When choosing an offer, you can consider: - Offer price - Professional rating and reviews - Proposed time slot - Portfolio and experience

Payments and financial conditions

Payment is made by bank card through Stripe. The amount is held until the service is confirmed by the client. The platform charges a service fee included in the final price for the client. The professional receives the full amount of their offer.

Service execution

After accepting an offer, the professional arrives during the agreed time slot. The client confirms the completion of the work through the app. Time slots include flexible scheduling options to match your schedule.

Cancellation, changes and complaints

The client can cancel a request before accepting an offer at no charge. Cancellation after acceptance may be subject to conditions. If you are not satisfied with the work performed, you can file a complaint through the platform within 72 hours of completion. The FIX team will review the case and propose a resolution.

Ratings, reviews and trust

After the completion of each service, the client rates the professional with a score from 1 to 5 stars and an optional comment. The professional's rating is calculated as the average of all received scores. A high rating helps the professional receive more requests.

Usage rules

It is prohibited to arrange deals outside the platform to bypass the service fee. This includes: - Exchanging personal phone numbers before accepting an offer - Arranging payment outside the platform - Re-hiring a professional outside FIX after initial connection through the platform Violation of these rules may result in account restriction or closure.

Legal questions

FIXapp is an intermediary between clients and professionals. The contract for the service is between the client and the professional. Your personal data is processed in accordance with GDPR and Bulgarian legislation.
