1. General conduct rules
All FIX users commit to maintaining respectful and professional communication. The platform is designed to connect clients with professionals in a fast and efficient manner. - Be polite and respectful in communication - Provide accurate and complete information in requests and offers - Respect agreed timelines and conditions - Leave honest and objective reviews after service completion
2. Requirements for professionals
- Professionals must have the necessary qualifications for the services they offer - Offers must contain realistic prices and timelines - Work must be performed with quality and in accordance with accepted standards - Professionals are required to comply with applicable laws and regulations - When a license or permit is required, the professional must have valid documents
3. Content policies
Content published on the platform (descriptions, photos, comments) must: - Be related to home services and repairs - Not contain offensive, discriminatory or obscene content - Not violate copyrights or third-party rights - Not contain misleading or false information - Not contain spam, ads for competing platforms or irrelevant links
4. Prohibited activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the FIX platform: - Creating fake profiles or requests - Manipulating ratings and reviews - Extortion, threats or harassment of other users - Attempts to bypass the platform for direct contact - Offering illegal or dangerous services - Using automated means (bots) to access the platform - Distributing malicious software through the platform
5. Dispute resolution
In case of a dispute between client and professional, FIX offers the following process: - Try to resolve the dispute directly with the other party - If not possible, file a complaint through the platform - FIX will review the complaint and propose a resolution - FIX's decision is advisory, not binding FIX reserves the right to restrict or terminate access for users who systematically violate the rules or receive numerous complaints.
6. Sanctions for violations
In case of rule violations, FIX may take the following measures: - Warning for first violation - Temporary restriction of features (e.g. ban on sending offers) - Temporary account suspension - Permanent account deletion for severe or repeated violations
