How long does a standard chandelier installation take?
Installation time depends on the complexity of the chandelier and the condition of the installation, but a standard installation usually takes between 30 minutes and 1 hour. For heavier or multi-component chandeliers with additional assembly, the time may be longer.
Do I need to prepare anything before you come for installation?
It is a good idea to have the chandelier available and unpacked, and to have free access to the installation location. If there is furniture under the suspension point, it is advisable to move it to provide enough space to work and avoid damage.
Can you install a chandelier on a plasterboard ceiling?
Yes, we can also mount a chandelier on plasterboard, but in such cases we use special dowels, brackets and supporting elements. For heavier chandeliers, reinforcement to a supporting structure may be required to ensure secure suspension and avoid cracking or sagging of the ceiling.
