The price is only for labor when performing internal thermal insulation. Materials are at the customer's expense.

When is internal insulation more appropriate instead of external?
When the facade cannot be changed, in condominiums, cultural monuments or when a quick result is needed without scaffolding. It is also suitable for local cold walls, where the goal is to improve comfort in specific rooms.
What thickness and material should I choose?
It depends on the walls, the exposure and the budget. Often solutions are XPS or EPS 3 to 8 cm, mineral wool 5 to 10 cm in dry construction, or calcium silicate panels in areas with moisture. At the inspection we give an accurate recommendation for efficiency and location.
Will there be a risk of condensation and mold?
The risk is minimized with the right system and details. Continuous vapor barrier, quality gluing and sealing of joints, as well as adequate ventilation are important. We plan these elements in the project and strictly implement the installation steps.
